Samsung provides comprehensive health coverage for you and your eligible dependents with 3 different choices of medical plans to choose from to fit your specific needs, OAP, HMO and HSA.
Our health plans are bundled so for an extremely low premium, you will also receive dental, vision and pharmacy coverage. Additionally, Samsung offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Medical, Dependent Care and Commuter Benefits. We give a discount on your premium if you are a non-smoker, reimburse your annual fitness membership, offer programs to manage stress and to quit smoking, have a healthy babies program, accessibility to a 24-hour health-line and ergonomic resources for your work space.

The Samsung 401(k) plan allows you to contribute to your 401(k) pre-tax and/or after tax “Roth 401(k)”. Samsung currently matches 100% of the 1st 5% of your contributions each pay period.
You have the option to change or stop this contribution rate at any time. If you are at least age 50 by the end of the calendar year, you have an opportunity for additional savings, called “catch-up contributions”. As a participant in the Samsung 401(k) program, you choose how to invest your account from a wide range of investment options. You can access your account and make changes on a daily basis using the plan’s interactive website. If you need to access your savings before retirement, loans are available.
